Every ROCACE tyre is designed for low heat build-up, slow even wear and low rolling resistance, so your equipment spends more hours working and fewer in the workshop.
Black · Standard & Quick Heel
A three-layer tyre with steel bead wires that anchor it to standard split or multi-piece rims. The everyday workhorse for indoor and outdoor forklifts.
Silica compound · SRT & POB
A clean, carbon-free silica compound that leaves no marks on finished floors. Built for food processing, pharma, retail, cold stores and airports.
Cushion tyre · Smooth & Lug
A rubber tread vulcanised onto a steel band and pressed onto the wheel hub. Excellent heat dissipation and a rock-solid rubber-to-steel bond.
Inside a ROCACE tyre

Tested in our own lab
Lower rolling resistance means less energy per tonne moved. Lower running temperature and wear mean longer tyre life and a lower cost per working hour.
Lower is better. MEZROC values are "up to" figures from MEZROC internal comparison tests.

Quality control
Our test facility and dedicated quality team check every stage. Each tyre passes a 22-point inspection before it leaves the plant.
Stage 1
Natural rubber, fillers and chemicals are tested before mixing, with rheometer checks on every compound batch.
Stage 2
Hardness, dimensions and bonding are checked during building and curing to catch deviations early.
Stage 3
Drum testing for endurance and rolling resistance confirms the tyre performs as designed.

MEZROC is the industrial tyre brand of MM Mezhukkattil Farmeto Pvt Ltd, part of the family-owned Mezhukkattil Group, now run by its second and third generations.
For 25 years the group has processed natural rubber for some of the world's best-known tyre makers. That gives MEZROC direct access to quality raw material and a deep understanding of how compounds behave under load and heat. Moving from supplying rubber to making finished tyres was the natural next step.
